¡Hola hola, clase!  Here is our presentation that we used in class today!  (¡Usamos esta presentación hoy!) 

• Calentamiento
• ¡Saquen ustedes sus SAMs y el vocabulario nuevo!
• Please take out your SAMs and FILL IN the new vocab!
• Then, 
• Take 3-4 minutes to LABEL for yourself!
• for every word/ all of the sections:
• What you already know (with a √ or :D!)
• What you remember but need to review (**)
• If you just need to work on SPELLING: SP
• What you haven’t learned or don’t remember learning (use a ?? or other symbol)
• Take 10 minutes to fill in the Chapter 2A & 2B vocab if you didn't!
• QUESTIONS NOT ON THE VOCAB SHEET:
• ¿Quién?    →  Who?    
• ¿Dónde está?  →   Where is?
• ¿Por qué?   →   Why?    
• ¿Qué haces en la clase de…? → What do you do in the class of….?
• ¿Cómo es la clase de…?  → How is the class of…?
• ¿Cuándo es la clase de _______ ? →  When is the class of?
• What is YOUR favorite class? → ¿Cuál es tu clase favorita?
• Mi clase favorita es la clase de ____. 
• ¡Pasa la pelota!
• When you get the ball/ducky/dinosaur, please REPEAT back the word!!  
• Let’s quickly PRACTICE how to say the new vocabulary words!
• We will practice them along with the flashcards from Quizlet, which are linked on the blog!   (Verbs, too!)
• Then: LOS HORARIOS
• OK!!  Get your HORARIO from Ms. Williams!
• You are going to re-create your schedule, IN SPANISH!
• This is a preview for what we’re going to do this rotation, so please make sure you have:
• On the TABLE side of the HORARIOS sheet, WRITE EN ESPAÑOL:  
• the correct name for each class in Spanish
• the correct label for each HOUR in Spanish (1st, 2nd)
• & the correct name of the teacher for that class!
• THEN, IF YOU HAVE TIME:
• one ADJECTIVE describing how that class IS
• one VERB describing what you do in that class
• If there’s something you don’t know how to say, please ask!!

• Guitar:          la clase de guitarra     
• Drama:  drama   (o: la clase de actuación)
• Coding:       codificación    *Band:      la banda (de conciertos)
• Computer programming:        programación de computadoras OR programación informática
• Technology:  tecnología        *Health:  salúd

• Geometry: geometría     *P.E:  educación física
• Choir:   el coro *AVID: AVID
• ACTIVITIES:
• do experiments:          hacer → hago los experimentos
