¡Hola hola, clase!   ¡Here is our presentation that we used in class today!  (¡Usamos esta presentación hoy!)

  • Calentamiento
    • ¡Saquen ustedes sus CUADERNOS, vocabulario, un lápiz, y SAMs!
    • Please take out your pencils, SAMs, notebooks, and Proof you studied, if you still need to turn it in!!
      • Please take out your Part A sheet from yesterday and your VOCAB sheet!
  • Let's WRITE YOUR SENTENCES!!
    • First:  Write about yourself!!
    • With the first sentences, please CHOOSE THREE of the adjectives (3 things you ARE like, or 2 things you ARE and 1 you are NOT like):
    • Yo soy ________.   Yo soy ________.   Yo (no) soy ________.
    • THEN:  Write about your important people!!
    • Again, with the first sentences, please CHOOSE THREE of the adjectives (3 things he/she IS like, or 2 things you ARE and 1 he/she is NOT like):  Él/ella es ___.   Él/ella es  ___.   Él/ella (no) es ___.

  • El proyecto de IMPORTANT PEOPLE!
    • Draw or FIND a picture of YOURSELF, and EACH PERSON which represents what you wrote about yourself/him/her/them.    
    • In complete sentences, describe yourself and at least FOUR other people!    You must include the following:
      • 3 personality traits  → :   What is this person like/What does he/she ACT like?  
        • character  (What is this person LIKE?) .
      • 3 physical characteristics→ What does this person LOOK LIKE?:
        • size/stature                            –eyes  –hair 
    • 3 likes and DISLIKES - What does this person like to DO?
      • I like to = me gusta ___   He/She likes to = A él/ella le gusta ___
  • Important People Project - Day 1
    • We're going to start PART A today!!
    • Adjectives with “o” endings:
      • change to “a” when you’re talking about a female
      • add an “s” when you’re talking about more than 1 person
    • Adjectives with “e” OR “a”
      • DON’T CHANGE when you’re talking about a female
      • add an “s” when you’re talking about more than 1 person
  • Kahoot!
    • Please take the number laptop Ms. Williams gives you, then go to SAFARI.
    • Join at kahoot.it with the GAME PIN on the board!
  • iPAD GAME TIME !
LA TAREA (written in your SAM)COMPLETE THE SENTENCES for PART A →  3 complete sentences with personal/personality descriptions for EACH PERSON!

Check yo’ self!!   Periods, accents, tildes (~) and CAPS!
Make sure you change any adjective that ends with -o to an -a  to match female/girl things!

    • Go to the warm-up  page, and write the title “Calentamiento.”
    • Write down the ? and answer:

        • Write down 3 different answers.
