- Then, WRITE THE VERB, CORRECTLY CONJUGATED with the ending that matches the PRONOUN/PERSON in the spot you want to place your “chip”.

- Stem changers are a new type of verb. They are not regular or irregular
- They DO follow the regular patterns of verb conjugation (ir/er/ar endings)
- They ADD an extra step when conjugating
- You have to memorize which verbs change stem and what type of change they have
- Steps to conjugating stem changers:
- STEP 1: Take off the ending
- STEP 1 ½: Change the stem (second to last syllable)
- STEP 2: Add the appropriate ending (o, es, e, etc.)
- Kinds of stem changers:
- e --> ie
- o --> ue
- e --> i
- u --> ue
- The ONLY TWO SUBJECTS for whom there is NO stem change are NOSOTROS and VOSOTROS!
- If you need them, HERE ARE THE FILLED IN NOTES!!
