- Let’s DO this! Today, you’re going to finish your BROCHURES OR your PRESENTATIONS!
- We only have the first 20 minutes!!
- PRIORITIES FOR THE WORK TIME during the first 20 MINUTES OF CLASS:
- SHARE YOUR Presentation AND Brochure with MS. WILLIAMS: catherine.williams@mpls.k12.mn.us
- FINISH YOUR FOLLETO (brochure) or group’s PRESENTATIONS!
- Create your NOTECARDS!
- PRACTICE presenting with the presentation
- Presentations will be given in front of the whole class for the rest of this week!
- Before you present, check:
- Do you have 8 places? (6 if you’re working alone?)
- Did you use SIMPLE, COMPLETE SENTENCES, where you KNOW EACH WORD?
- Did you use “NOSOTROS VAMOS + a + infinitive” OR “Nosotros podemos + infinitive” FOR EVERY SITE? Example:
- Nosotros vamos a ir al teatro. Podemos
- We are going (notes) to go to the theater (vocab). We can
- ver una obra de teatro.
- see/watch (notes) a play (also vocab!)
- Have you found PICTURES that RELATE to the place on each slide/stop in the brochure?
- OKAY! Once you’re done, please start PRACTICING!!
- Then, PRACTICE PRESENTING, out loud!
- You will need to:
- SAY (out loud) 10 - 15 sentences, total, with CONJUGATED verbs + INFINITIVES.
- Please feel free to make and use notecards!
- Make sure you know who goes when/in what order!
- IF YOU ARE FINISHED TYPING:
- PRACTICE GIVING THE PRESENTATION!!
- Then, we PRESENT!!!
- Make sure you are writing constructive and interesting ideas down for each group/presenter!
- You will need to do at least 8!
